Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Price Increase

Microsoft have announced their first price increase for Dynamics 365 Business Central subscriptions in five years. The change effective 1 October 2025, reflects the significant enhancements made to the platform in this time.

What’s New in Business Central?

Key product features driving this price increase include:

·       Copilot integrated into Business Central

·       AI-powered financial analysis and account reconciliation

·       Improved reporting analytics for the financial and manufacturing sectors

·       Enhanced compatibility with Microsoft Power Platform

What this Means for Customers

From 1 October 2025, license costs for both renewals and new subscriptions will increase by around 10%. In line with this change, Microsoft is also increasing the included storage per user license, giving organisations greater flexibility as they scale.
