  • Ensure staff have formal agreed development plans linked to our annual appraisal process, equipping everyone with the skills they need to successfully operate in a rapidly changing and dynamic IT environment
  • Ensure our accreditations programme links to our product stack and keeps us at the forefront of the markets we operate in
  • Hiring school leavers and graduates as part of a “grow our own” programme, covering key future areas such as Power Platform, Business Central development and cyber security
  • For 2024, we will continue to grow our Academy with graduates to drive their career and support them to gain new skills they will require to succeed.
