Environmental
We are taking steps to reduce our environmental impact and support a lower-carbon future. Our head office uses 100% renewable energy, and we have introduced an electric vehicle scheme to encourage greener travel. We are also certified by Carbon Neutral Britain and work with them to offset our carbon emissions through a Climate Fund Portfolio that supports renewable energy projects in developing countries, delivering wider benefits through employment, infrastructure, education and affordable clean energy.
Social
We are committed to creating a fair, supportive and inclusive workplace. Kick is proud to be both a Living Wage Employer and a Living Hours Employer, helping to provide greater security for our people. We have introduced policies to support employees’ physical, emotional and financial wellbeing, alongside annual engagement surveys and an employee forum to strengthen employee voice. We also encourage colleagues to give back through one volunteering day per year and four sponsored volunteering events annually. Today, women make up 30% of our workforce and 45% of our Senior Management Team.
Governance
We believe strong governance is essential to building trust and doing business in the right way. Kick is accredited by the Good Business Charter, reflecting our commitment to responsible, ethical and transparent business practices. We continue to review and strengthen our approach so that ESG remains part of how we work, how we make decisions and how we grow as a business.
