PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTER: This promotion is operated by Kick ICT Group Limited, registered in Scotland SC503166, with registered office at Solais House, 19 Phoenix Crescent, Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill, ML4 3NJ. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these terms and conditions are references to the Promoter.
2. OPENING AND CLOSING DATE: This promotion opens at 00:01 on 1 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Any entries made before the opening date or after the closing date will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to members of the general public. Employees of the Promoter and anyone directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion are excluded from entering. One entry per person.
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, entrants must take a photograph of themselves (a "selfie") with the Kick ICT Group 'Scottie in the City' and submit their photograph to scottiescompetition@kickict.co.uk during the Promotional Period. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted. One entry per customer.
5. PRIZE: There are three (3) prizes available, each consisting of one (1) tech bundle comprising:
- Lenovo Tab Plus 11.5" tablet (8GB/128GB); and
- Motorola edge 60 fusion mobile phone.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative can be requested. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equivalent or greater value should circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
6. WINNER SELECTION: Following the close of the Promotional Period, three (3) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received, using a randomised number generator. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures outside of its control. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry. Winners will be contacted via email or telephone once confirmed.
7. NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified within 10 working days of the competition closing, via the email address or contact telephone number held by Kick ICT Group. If any winner declines a prize or fails to acknowledge the winning notification within 10 working days of being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and a replacement winner will be drawn.
