We are delighted to welcome Jeannie Frederick to the Group. Jeannie joins us from Dacoll Ltd where she spent over five years as Group Services Director.
As Kick continues to scale, the appointment of a Chief Operating Officer is a key strategic addition to the Board and is vital for the continued development of our teams, services and processes which so clearly provide the platform for our stated “outstanding customer service” strategy. In her new role, Jeannie will take responsibility for the company's consultancy, support and customer service functions, reporting directly to Tom O’Hara, Kick’s CEO.
Jeannie has great experience in building outstanding service delivery teams across multiple roles over the past 20 years. Most recently, Jeannie was Group Services Director at Dacoll Ltd. Prior to that, she was Group Technical Service Director of TSG Scotland.
